Frankfurt am Main, 08.11.2023 – Jan Duedden has been appointed as Managing Partner of the ARCIDA Advisors service platform as of November 2023. “We are delighted to have Jan Duedden on board. His appointment means we have a leading expert in the field of real estate asset management with an excellent network across Europe and in the English-speaking world,” explains Oliver Platt, Managing Partner at ARCIDA Advisors. “We have known Jan for many years having successfully collaborated with him on multiple occasions. He enriches our positioning with his expertise and his network.” As a full-service provider, ARCIDA Advisors covers the entire value chain, from acquisition, underwriting, due diligence, transaction management and servicing to the restructuring and sale of distressed loans and direct real estate investments, including distressed project developments.
Jan Duedden has almost 20 years of experience in senior positions within the real estate industry, including approximately 16 years at Hudson Advisors, where he was most recently Head of Europe. He was also CEO of the Munich-based project developer ISARIA Wohnbau AG. One key focus of his career is the development and repositioning of real estate and project developments. “ARCIDA Advisors has expertise in the restructuring of non-performing loans as well as the underlying real estate and project developments. ARCIDA’s highly specialised and well-established team is a unique selling point in a market that is becoming increasingly relevant,” says Jan Duedden. “I am delighted to be rejoining this team and to be able to contribute my expertise and experience.”
