Katja brings more than 20 years of experience to the ARCIDA team. She has held a variety of roles related to debt and real estate investments across a wide range of asset classes in Europe. As an independent consultant, she helped Singapore’s Patience Capital Groups expand in Europe. Previously, she was a Partner and Head of Asset Management at Frankfurt-based Kintyre Investments, overseeing approximately EUR 2 billion worth of properties across Europe on behalf of institutional investors. In an earlier role at Lapithus, she managed distressed debt and related real estate collateral totalling over EUR 2.6 billion across all sectors on behalf of funds managed by Apollo Funds. Katja also worked in the real estate investment division of General Electric and held a borrower facing role at Hudson Advisors, servicing distressed debt on behalf of Lone Star. She began her banking career in Germany.
