Ludmila is an experienced specialist in Structured Real Estate Finance, NPLs and CMBS transactions. In her previous VP role at Investec Bank plc, London she was responsible for restructuring and portfolio management of the bank’s distressed debt portfolio across UK and continental Europe. In her fifteen-year career, Ludmila underwrote and successfully restructured over EUR 20 billion of NPLs.
